After analyzing the above website, we can say that the village is designed to provide healing atmosphere to the young people and their family members. They goal at providing necessary skills so that the children know the meaning of their life and relationships, and return to their home and family happily. They provide so through various comprehensive treatment programs. The staffs assist the at-risk kids in best practices and learning who are struggling with learning disorders and substance use issues. This treatment center believes in uniqueness and inborn integrity of every young person and the essential role that family plays in the recovery of their child.
The treatment program focuses on complete development of the child. For this they provide clinical, academic, environmental and spiritual programs to the troubled teens to inherit positive and life-long change. Individual treatment programs are planned in the care of the child utilized by a multi-disciplinary team including therapist, specialists, psychiatrists, Academic Coordinator and Professionals. The staffs and clinical team are duly licensed and skilled.
Planned academics works are applied to the students to check the academic performance and the requirement of the students. Assessments are given to them and based upon the assessment results; the faculties identify the specific academic requirement. There is certain admission criterion that the student should fulfill to be enrolled in the school. They accept the youths based on the interview and assessment performance and the evaluation process.

This is a very good treatment center for the girls. They provide village like environment and offers many residential treatment plans, different therapies, many day programs, nursing, recreation therapies etc.

Uta Halee Cooper Village is basically designed for those girls who are facing various teenage problems. It provides several solutions along with the trainers who are helpful to remove the teenage problems in girls and give them peaceful life.

This facility is now closed and while the closing came as a lack of funds, it should have been closed decades ago due to poor quality of care. This facility was merely a place to dump girls that couldn't be placed elsewhere. The only concern of the facility was collecting payment per resident. They refer to themselves as a psychiatric facility but no psychiatry is practiced. Girls see the psychiatrist once, possibly twice in the course of their 12 month stay. Residents are routinely denied even the basic amounts of health care. Staff make sexual advances towards residents and if the girl tries to report it, no one believes her.
