The above mentioned site describes about Stillwater Academy, which provides treatment program for troubled teens of between 12- 17 years old .The program has been providing help to teenagers for more twenty years across America. The program help teens learn to take responsibility for their behavior and develop a positive view. It enables them to hope, dream and work towards a meaningful and happy life.
The program is aimed for those teens that are facing the problems of defiant behavior, poor performance in school, learning disability, depression, drug abuse, run away, teen pregnancy etc. The main components of its program are individual attention of each and every child, its structure, therapy, education, fun recreational activities and strengthening family relationships etc.
ere, teens can take part in number of activities that are prepared for developing confidence, insight, trust, assertiveness and teamwork. As teen progresses through programs, he or she earns more trust and is permitted to participate in more activities. The activities that are participated by teens are: water skiing, ice skating, skiing, snowboarding, horse riding, talent show, playing sports and games etc.

A wonderful place, made a huge difference in my son. I honestly think I saved his life by sending him to Turnabout/Stillwater. The staff is amazing, especially Lee Caldwell, Scott Jones, and Camille Downing. Highly recommend this program!
