It has been concluded from the analysis that the organization is an independent, non profit organization that helps the youngsters who are struggling with some kind of behavioral, emotional and social disabilities. They aim to broaden teen’s perspective of life, self awareness and self confidence. They conduct various programs to help the troubled teens and their family members in the crisis.
Teens are encouraged to participate in various challenging, logical and practical activities like gardening, maintaining buildings, taking care of domestic animals, sailing, fishing, diving and etc. These activities help them to develop self esteem and self confidence and, teach them new skills. As a result, teens learn to accept responsibilities, achieve personal growth and build work ethics.
The organization aim to keep the troubled teens far away from the destructive and negative environment that has adversely affected their live. Here, teens are given an opportunity to modify their behavior and to achieve success in life and society. They also conduct wilderness program at least once in a week, these help them to fight personal challenges, resume control over their lives, and put themselves back on the path to health and happiness.
