The above mentioned site established as Oceanside teen center in July 2008 later renamed as sunset bay academy in April 2009. They have hired a group of psychologist to carry out the medical therapy operation and to inculcate the program; they will be readily available 24/7 for the service. Several services are also provided by the organization. They have the faculty of medical services which includes psychiatrist, dentist, orthodontist, optometrist and ophthalmologist.

For proper growth and nutrition of the students certain facility of nutritional services are also employed by the system. The head of the service is Dr. Gonzalez responsible for maintaining the health and growth of the students. Therapy services are also employed by the institute. Two types of therapy is used individual therapy and group support therapy. Group therapy is implemented 6 days in a week; the features of the therapy are to support relationship, importance of communal living where as the individual therapy applied on the students to assist them from emotional, social and behavioral changes.

The academic is more active and deals with college oriented studies such as SAT preparation. In order to apply that they have been using some test based practice session. Parental assistance is also available for the respective parents of the students where they counsel with the group of psychiatrist to get their individualized unique solutions. Students and the parental testimonial are also available on this site which shows the reviews of the parents and students who have conducted the program earlier.

Activities: This link demonstrates the extra events systematized for the students which also include co-educational activities.

Workshops: These events are supervised by some therapist. It is divided in three phases for youths as well for adults. The objective of the program is to generate leadership quality in teens.
