The organization delegates with the teenagers of the age group of 11 to 18 who are suffering with several emotional and behavioral problems. Some of the problems are mentioned as depression, ADHD, vicious behavior, learning disorders, social awkwardness, substance abuse and many others. This is a residential treatment assistance for youth quarried with above mentioned disorders. Two types of program are implemented by the organization, day treatment program and independent community placement program.

Day treatment programs are similar to that of the therapeutic programs, where the students are kept at the center from 7.30 to 5.30 on Monday to Friday, rest of the time the students are allowed to live with their families. The independent community placement program is similar to that of day treatment programs; the difference is that the students enforced to live in a community in this program.

The academics are made to suit the needs of the adolescence having a staff of experienced teacher capable in delegating with the students suffering with learning and behavioral disparities. Several types of education plans are also implemented by the organization, individualized education plan where every student is evaluated by interviewing them. That will indicate the proper need of the students and then he is allotted the suitable class offerings. Behavior modification program is one where a student is made restricted of his activities and privileges. Other programs listed are multi disciplinary program, study skill program and hands on learning.

The organization also has professional psychiatrist, psychologist, therapists, staff, drug addiction counselors, certified faculties for secondary education and others. After the assessment of the students the teen is assigned to the primary therapist where he is analyzed and provided with family therapy sessions. After two weeks the multi disciplinary team operates special programs and training to justify the activities to follow.
