The above site gives information about the High Sky Children Rauch, which was opened in 1963 under the direction of Joan Nobles, for girls. In 1985, it opened its door for boys. It later re-licensed in 1987 as a treatment facility for children with more traumatized problems and who need extra care. It once again changed itself as Therapeutic Foster Care. Its programs provide students life skills as well as therapeutic services.

Its Therapeutic Foster Care program gives homely environment to maximum of eight children at a time. The homely environment provides children an opportunity to do all those works which they like to do at their home, like meal preparation, homework, everyday jobs and games. They also go to outings. They are also provided motivational programs, devotional programs and vocational programs.

In this ranch, children are given foster parenting. More than 200 children were placed in a protective care last year. It gives an opportunity to energetic married couples who are willing to shower parental love on these children. A couple can take care of these children in this ranch or they can take them to their home and give them love so that they can heal from those problems which brought them to this ranch.
