The motive of the organization is to deliver education skill acquisition, personal growth facilities for the struggling teen. The approach of wilderness therapy is implemented on the struggling teens. The education deals with history, earth sciences and environmental studies. The camping organized by the organization provides has certain cultural, environmental backgrounds. The camp is systematized in some areas of Gulf Island, cape scott, johnstone strait, and nootka island. Exploration in these areas promotes appreciation in cultural development and environmental study. The wilderness program for the teens is complemented by the therapeutic focus session.

The organization offers 27 years of experience in developing strategy for the systematizing extracurricular activities for teens. They focus on providing an outdoor background for the teenagers. Employment opportunities are also offered for teens for understanding the social life. The classroom is situated in Vancouver Island and Comox-Strathcona region. The team includes Greg Stevenson who is executive director of the firm, a rower for Canada national team for seven years. He conducts sporting activities for teens. Corinna Stevenson is also co-director, she delegates in teaching, also got Prime Minister Honor for excellent teaching. William Kosloski has degree in environmental science; he is a program coordinator, delegates in ecological studies.

Several programs have been conducted by the organization; 32 day journey program is one of it. During this program students are imposed to travel long distance journey. This also involves mountaineering, hill climbing and other sporting activities. The organization also claims to treat approximately 91.4% of their participants who were the accomplice in the wilderness program. The activities involved in the camps are backpacking, kayaking, navigation, wilderness survival. Education is also endeavored to the students which include physical education, social studies, environmental studies, art science language, art and other. The faculty of boarding school are certified and experienced. The prospects that are treated by the school are personal growth, academic study session, environmental studies, wilderness expedition and other.
