Your ten years old child is living a depressed and violent life. Try to know the problems for your teen that makes him violent. You can meet with an expert troubled teen counselor with your child who will prescribe assessment and intervention to know the intensity of behavioral disorder and analyze the situations that aggravate his temper.

Teenage is the stage when lots of mental, emotional, physical and psychological changes take places. This is the time when parents should give mental support to their stressed children to get safe recovery from violent behavior. If they do any wrong activity just try to make them understand to differentiate between right and wrong. Consult with any professional counselor to find out appropriate solutions. Proper discussion and two way communication can result in the removal of their aggressive thoughts. You can change the behavior and emotions of your upset youths by the way of praising them, building their confidence and telling them how much they are important.

It is better to take him to a therapeutic program such as summer camp, group home or boarding school. These programs offer various mental and physical exercises. By doing such exercises an individual feels relaxed. The therapists of these programs correct the behavior of struggling teens through individual and group activities.
