My child whenever sits alone starts hurting himself and every time it is not possible to watch him so how could I stop him or change his behavior?

Put him to some Boarding schools where he will get proper comfort along with 24 hour supervision and care which will help him to come out of his destructive habits.

Don't leave your child alone and talk to him and participate in some pleasurable activities with him.If you are not having much time for his supervision then send your teen to some residential treatment center.

If its not possible for you to take care of this problem of yours child than send him to foster care centers they take complete care of youths and all their problems which are not solved by parents.

I think your child is suffering from some deep pressure which you should try to find out by talking to him friendly and providing him proper information. In the case the problem will persist you can take a help of a counselor or psychologist.
