After analyzing your problem, i think your daughter needs you. Spend more time with her and try to talk to her very politely. Go outside with your family and send your daughter in some Group homes or health care centers.

Try to help her in solving the problems that she encounters in daily life. This will help her to minimize the stress. You can ask help from some specialist who deals with such children.

You can help your daughter to come out of stress by taking her to some picnic or trip. There she will feel relaxed and outdoor environment will refresh and motivate her that will help her to perform well in her studies and other work. So no need to put lots of stress of studies on her as she also needs some entertainment so try to understand these things. Moreover if you are not having so much time for her than you can send your daughter to some summer camps. These camps will offer numerous recreational and co curriculum activities which will change her mind soon.

Since teenage is a period of significant change, including physical, emotional, social, and academic changes, many teens are under more stress than at any other time of life. Some sign commonly found in teens facing the stress are withdrawal from people and activities, increased anger, chronic feelings of worry and nervousness, difficulty sleeping, and concentrating. You can help your daughter by adopting certain steps. Designate an area where she can study without distractions like T.V, or phone calls, Help her organize assignments, and encourage her to do the tougher one first. Set goals and allow study breaks. Establish short-term and long-term goals and reward her when she meets those goals. Don't compare her to siblings or friends that may be doing better – encourage her own strengths and achievements. Encourage her to participate in some extracurricular activities at school.

There are many programs that are meant for struggling teens. These programs offer many physical and mental exercises. These exercises help in improving the concentration level, reducing the stress level etc. In my opinion short-term programs such as summer camps will help her. Some of the schools conduct such programs for the behavioral improvement of teens. These schools also organize some special classes for the teens that are having academic problems.
