You can suggest him to join some wilderness programs because there he will be provided with adventurous activities along with disciplined environment which will change his negative behavior completely.

Your nephew attitude is creating problems to other people, but if you think from his point of view then you can realize about his condition. In my opinion your family members are advised to make him understand, spend more time with him or may send him some treatment centers.

There are various boot camps that help to the teenagers and kids for various problems like violent behavior, disobedience and many more. These boot camps tackle physical and mental trials of the teenagers or children. Boot camps are measured by many to be good options for teenagers who have early signs of troubles but have not become firmly involved in to negative influences and bad behavior. These camps offer various short term programs including wilderness programs, therapeutic programs and counseling programs in very strict environment. Boot camps are quit harsh sometimes; you can also choose military schools or military camps that also deal with such type of the problems.
