Whenever yours child do such activity make him aware with what he has done. Don't try to cover his mistakes.Make him feel comfortable with you and tell him that you are not going to scold on him if he will caught with some bad activities.

do not show aggressive behavior.firstly deal with him very calmly. Tell him by showing negative behavior he is harming himself and others.still if he is not behaving properly you can take him to counselor.

Spend some time with him and try to make him understand that whatever he is doing is wrong and he should come out of his negative behavior. Moreover you can motivate him to join some of the residential treatment centers in order to recover him completely from all of his problems. you can tell him that what he is doing is not good he telling lie and you know about him and after few days his friend also know about him than they will stop talking with him because they know if anything will happen he will blame them

Many counselors and psychotherapist offer services to such type of children. You can also choose a short term programs provided by the camps and schools.
