Many camps, schools and counseling centers offer short term programs for the teenagers struggling with the low self esteem. These places offer many recreational programs and therapies to overcome from the low self esteem. Teenagers may have to face many problems like negative thoughts like feeling of worthless and uselessness, poor school performance , social awkwardness and many problems due to low self esteem.

To empower self esteems several teen centers are presented to people. These provide programs which help to recognize the specification and then help to improve the specific quality. Youths should be encouraged and praised while performing a task. Teens having no quality of self esteem have to face several problems such as social awkwardness, negative and worthless thoughts, lack of concentration, sleeping disorder etc.
