Do something what makes her happy. Don't leave her alone. Assign some creative works for her and invite her friends at home.There are many treatment centers in georgia that deals with troubled teens. Your isolated teen will definetly find solution from there.

Enroll her to some program like summer camp or wilderness camp. Healthy environment of these camps will recover your sister from her loneliness as at these places she will get chance to interact with different people and will have recreational activities which will keep her fit with mind.
