What are the reason behind a teenagers smoking habit and its effects on their health? How health care centers treat such patients?

Teenagers generally smoke due to peer pressure, environment, influenced by other addicts, mental tension, depression, financial problems as well as due to modern culture. Smoking addiction causes numerous dangerous effects on the health of the addicts. Some of them are emphysema, lung cancer, high blood pressure as well some of the fatal heart diseases. Health care centers provides proper supervision and medical facilities in highly structured environment which are helpful for the addicts to quit smoking habits and to return back to peaceful life again. Moreover there are numerous other treatments also available in our country for such addiction which is providing therapeutic programs for quick recovery. If someone wants to get healed spiritually then there is a need to go to some Christian recovery centers. Spiritual environment and 12 step faith based approach will help them to quit drugs and to get cured spiritually.

There are some common reasons for teenagers smoking habit, i.e. peer pressure, i mage projection, adult aspirations, and rebellion nature. Over the long term, smoking leads teens to develop health problems like heart disease, stroke, emphysema (breakdown of lung tissue), and many types of cancer — including lung, throat, stomach, and bladder cancer. Teens who smoke also have an increased risk of infections like bronchitis and pneumonia. In health care center several medications have been used to assist with smoking habit of teens.
