I am Jeff, before 1 year I was suffering from Anxiety. That time I felt like I am in danger and my personality is quite vulnerable. I had many depressing thought in my mind.

I was thinking like something horrible is about to happen with me. I had problem in breathing. I was in depression at that time. One day I discussed my problem with my friend. After hearing my problem he gave me address of a treatment center. I went there and met with the doctor he gave me some medicines and therapies under the observation of experts. They gave me many behavioral therapies, Relaxation therapies and some meditations also. After some time I felt improvement in my health. After the complete treatment, I am fine and living Anxiety free life.
