My friend Mr. Smith has an 18 year old child named Tom. Few years ago, he was suffering from depression problem. He was lacking concentration in work and studies. More often he kept silent and avoided talking to people. His academic performance was also degrading.

Smith was very much tensed because of his falling performances and changed behavior. He consulted a psychologist who told him that his child is facing depression problem.
Initially Smith tried to handle the problem at his level, but it was worthless. Then a counselor named Mr. Jerry suggested sending the child to a restoration center. Tom was sent to a recreational center. There he was helped to develop interest in life and live a healthy and productive life, free of tension. Now, he is completely out of the problem.
