Eating disorder amongst teens
What are Eating disorders?
Eating disorders among teenagers comprises of anorexia or bulimia nervosa which completely ruptures their normal daily life and damages body functions. Anorexia patients always fear of gaining weight and they regard themselves as fat so they used to take small amount of food which actually leads to obsession problem among them. Moreover teens who are suffering from Bulimia eats large amount of food in short interval of time and after that in order to lose weight they purge and do excessive exercises. They often restrict their food through dieting and fasting.

Fitness Boot camps: These types of camps offer fitness exercises, outdoor fitness programs, proper supervision by doctors as well as various body weight training programs in order to save the life of many young adults who became the victims of many diseases due to eating disorders.

Eating disorder can cause mental, physical and behavioral problems as well as medical complications such as trauma, kidney failure and dehydration. In some cases these disorders can even leads to death.

Parents need not to scold their child but they should check their diet plan and help them to choose suitable exercises. Healthy food should be given to them daily and the types of food consume by them should be regularly checked. Moreover parents should restrict them to take junk food and chocolates in large amount.
